Why it matters
P4L's existing USCDI v6 record remains historically accurate, but any answer or readiness assessment framed as the latest USCDI context should now resolve to v7.
Decision implication
Update 'current standard' references, re-run interoperability-readiness mappings against v7, and preserve the v6 record as a prior-version/provenance record rather than overwriting it.
