Discuss a P4L engagement

Start with the challenge that needs to move.

Describe the evidence, communications, trust, decision, adoption, or stakeholder-alignment problem; the institution involved; and the next decision that matters.

Evidence and influence

A credible proposition is being misunderstood, overclaimed, underexplained, or disconnected from the institutional decision it needs to support.

Category authority

A field needs clearer definitions, evidence architecture, responsible public language, recurring intelligence, and durable leadership assets.

Institutional adoption

Interest or evidence exists, but workflow, policy, payment, capability, trust, implementation, ownership, or measurement is blocking use.

Coalition and agenda

Stakeholders need a shared problem statement, evidence boundaries, decision agenda, governance, convening design, and accountable follow-through.

A useful inquiry includes

  • Your name, institution, role, and authority to explore the work
  • The decision, adoption, communications, or alignment problem
  • The evidence or proposition involved
  • The stakeholders whose action is required
  • Timing, sponsor, and any material constraints

Public-route boundaries

  • Do not send confidential or proprietary material you are not authorized to disclose.
