P4L content is provided for general educational, research, strategic, and institutional-information purposes. Page-specific methods, sources, dates, limitations, and disclosures are part of the content.
Operator and current status
As of August 11, 2026, this site is operated by Stephen Phillips as the Prevention for Longevity (P4L) project. P4L is being organized as a Delaware public benefit corporation. A filing, name reservation, payment, or pending order does not create the corporation; the site will be updated only after stamped Delaware acceptance is received.
Not professional or individual advice
Content is not medical, clinical, legal, regulatory, reimbursement, tax, financial, or investment advice and is not a substitute for appropriately qualified professionals. P4L does not diagnose, treat, prescribe, certify, clear, authorize, insure, or recommend an individual course of action.
No implied affiliation or endorsement
Reference to a company, government program, research institution, technology, product, publication, or individual does not imply affiliation, sponsorship, approval, recommendation, partnership, client status, or endorsement unless explicitly stated and documented.
Evidence and current information
Healthcare evidence, programs, regulation, reimbursement, company status, and public records can change. Public P4L work should state its source-check date and must be reverified before consequential use. P4L interpretation is not a source fact.
Engagements
Website descriptions are not an offer, contract, guarantee, fiduciary relationship, confidential relationship, or promise of results. Any work requires a separate written agreement defining scope, roles, fees, ownership, confidentiality, evidence review, and other terms.
Copyright and permitted linking
Unless a page states otherwise, P4L original text and visual frameworks are protected by applicable copyright. You may link to public pages and quote brief portions with accurate attribution and context. Republishing, adapting, or using substantial material, marks, or downloadable assets may require written permission.
