This static launch release does not include advertising pixels, embedded analytics, tracking cookies, public accounts, a newsletter or signup flow, or a contact/data-submission form. Ask P4L searches the published public corpus in the browser; public search text is not intentionally submitted to P4L in this release.
Hosting and security logs
The site is hosted and delivered through Cloudflare, including Cloudflare Pages and related DNS, content-delivery, and security services. Cloudflare may process technical request information—such as IP address, date and time, requested URL, browser or user-agent data, referrer, and security events—to deliver, protect, troubleshoot, and operate the site. Provider practices and retention are governed by the applicable Cloudflare terms and policies.
If you contact P4L by email, your email provider and P4L’s current email provider, Google Workspace, process the information you send. Email may be retained for correspondence, security, recordkeeping, and a potential institutional relationship. Do not send protected health information, personal medical records, confidential patient information, or material you are not authorized to share through the public route.

Changes
Before adding analytics, data-submission forms, scheduling, newsletters, a CRM, advertising, embedded media, server-side Ask P4L synthesis, or another data processor, this notice and the production data inventory must be updated.
