P4L separates source facts, evidence records and interpretation; uses stable IDs and update history; and treats proposed policy, program participation and research funding differently from demonstrated clinical outcomes.
Decision-readable labels
Public records use categorical labels: decision priority (Act now, Watch, Context, or Historical); source authority (Primary/authoritative, High-quality secondary, or Contextual); evidence design; applicability; confidence for the stated claim; and freshness. P4L does not present a numeric sort value as clinical evidence strength or precise certainty.
Evidence records
Evidence Explorer stores the exact claim supported, record type, source authority, evidence design, applicability, confidence for the stated claim, freshness, limitations, and decision priority. These labels apply only to the stated, source-bounded claim; they do not establish clinical effectiveness beyond the source design or scope.
Proof control
Material public claims receive immutable IDs, last-verified dates, fingerprints, version history and freshness state. P4L inferences are labeled separately from sourced facts.
Change detection
The backend implementation pack fingerprints monitored sources and routes material semantic changes to downstream claims, signals, graph relationships, briefs and diagnostic assumptions for review.
